Quick Fitness Routines :

1) THE QUICK ONE
30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
20squat
1 minute wall sit

**repeat 3-5 times for maximum results**

The Belly Buster:
1 minute plank
30 jumping jacks
20 high knees
30 squats
20 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
30 high knees
20 squats
30 leg lifts
10 pushups
1 minute plank
**Repeat 2-3 times  for maximum results**

the Maximum
100 jumping jacks
2 minute skipping rope
50 crunches
40 squats
25 lunges each leg
25 standing calf raises
20 push ups
10 burpees
**Repeat 2-3 times for maximum results**
